Can I do this course if I'm vegan or vegetarian?

Complete protein is essential for building and maintaining muscle. As we age, we begin to lose muscle more and more every decade after 30. We need to use it or we lose it. In order to BUILD muscle, we have to strength train and eat enough protein. So, I will be honest and say that if you're vegan, it is really difficult to get enough complete protein in your diet. Vegetarians who are open to eating dairy and fish can easily swap some of the animal meat in the recipes. 

I don't want to do hormone replacement - will this course still help?

A resounding YES. The bulk of this course is dedicated to teaching you the lifestyle foundations of nutrition, exercise, stress management, and self-care so your habits support your body + hormones in the best way possible.

Hormone replacement is a personal choice, but I give you all of the info you need to know so you can make an informed decision for what is best for you.
